All our inventory is listed here on the website, and you can search by type of event or occasion, type of item, colour, size or designer. Our dresses and bags are available to be rented anywhere in Canada with our easy shipping options!

2.) TRY!

In the Toronto area? Great - you can pop in anytime to try on the dresses! We are open for walk-in fittings 7 days a week, and our knowledgeable stylists are on hand to help you find something perfect and make the process as fun and easy as possible! Need something for tonight or this weekend? With hundreds of items always available in the studio, you can come down and take something home with you today. No more stressed-out trekking through the mall!

Not in Toronto? No problem. You still have access to our stylists if you want it, simply click here to schedule a VIRTUAL FITTING where we can walk you through your options and answer any questions over FaceTime or Zoom!

3.) BOOK!

Found the one? Awesome! You can reserve it for your event date (either online, in person in the studio, or by phone!) Select your size, date and rental duration when adding to cart, then choose between our easy two-way shipping or pick-up options at checkout!

Your rental period begins the day you select to receive your dress. You do not need to account for shipping time in your 4 or 8 day rental period.

(For example, if your event is on Saturday July 10th, you would select your date as Friday July 9th in our booking calendar, and select 4 day rental. Your dress would then arrive to you on or before Friday July 9th, and you would need to drop it back in the mail to us by Monday July 12th).

4.) RETURN!

You can't keep the dress, unfortunately, and we do need it back on schedule in order to get it ready for its next rental. Luckily returning is super easy! Your item(s) will come with a pre-paid, pre-addressed Canada Post box that you will simply drop in a Canada Post mailbox or at your local Canada Post office on the last day of your rental term. Return instructions will be included with your rental.

You can also choose to drop your rental off to us in person at the studio, where the drop-box in our front window is open 24 hours, even if we are not. *Please note that dresses being dropped off in person are due back by our closing time on your designated return date.

And no, you do not need to dry clean the dress - we take care of all dry cleaning in-house so all you have to do is wear it and send it back!

Worried about potential damage? Don't sweat it! Our $5 rental insurance has got you covered!

IN TORONTO

Within Toronto you have several options and may choose between the following at checkout:

pick up your dress from our studio and drop it back to us (FREE)
Two way shipping to your home via FEDEX, with a pre-paid Canada Post mailer included for your return. Simply take your return box to any Canada Post outlet or mailbox on the last day of your rental term ($29 + tax)
Two way shipping to your office, home or front desk / concierge via a same-day direct courier who will drop-off the dress on the first day of your rental term and pick it up on the last day, weekdays only ($29 + tax)

IN ONTARIO

Two way shipping to your home or office via FEDEX, with a pre-paid Canada Post box included for your return. Simply take your return box to any Canada Post outlet or mailbox on the last day of your rental term ($29 + tax)
For same-week orders, please allow a minimum of 2 business days for your dress to reach you.

IN QUEBEC

Please note the following:

*SHIPPING RATES listed above include up to 2 dresses shipping to and from the same address on the same day. If you are ordering more than 2 dresses, or are ordering for several different rental dates in the same order, we will contact you to charge an additional shipping rate.

*FEDEX does not deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot re-route a package once in transit. If you select a PO Box delivery address you will receive a pick-up slip to pick up your package from your local FEDEX depot.

*Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our studio.

*Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.

*Please note, we cannot change the shipping method or destination once an order has left the studio.

*We do not ship outside of Canada at this time. So sorry!

On most of our product pages you will find measurements for the corresponding size of each item we have available.

Our measurements are for bust / waist / hip, in inches.

To measure yourself, it is best to use a measuring tape in inches and first measure your chest, all the way around at the widest point.

Next, measure your waist at the smallest point, all the way around the body, right below your rib-cage, at the point where you bend.

Finally, measure your hips, all the way around the body at the widest point.

Compare to our measurements on the site when placing an order, however we do recommend also taking note of our product description which will tell you whether the item runs large or small, has stretch to the fabric or not. When there is stretch to the fabric or a style "runs large" we recommend choosing a size which runs slightly smaller than your own measurements for a better fit.
