How does dress rental work in Ottawa?
Select your dress and order your rental online, we ship it to your door to arrive on your chosen date, you wear it to your event then send it back with our easy prepaid return label. No dry cleaning needed! (Note: not all of our returns are Canada Post — please follow the carrier instructions included with your order, as we use different carriers.)
What sizes are available?
We carry sizing from XS - 5X.
Can I try before I commit?
Book a virtual fitting with one of our stylists via Calendly, or visit our Toronto showroom.
What happens if it doesn't fit?
Let us know right away — we'll always try our best to get a replacement out to you in time. If that's not possible, you're welcome to return the dress for a refund (less shipping fees) if it's put back in the mail to us within 24 hours of receiving it.
