We are conveniently located a short walk from Dundas and Lansdowne TTC Stations and Bloor Go Station.
We have two designated Fitzroy parking spaces at the West end of the building along Sterling and Perth.
You can also pay to park at any available paid parking spaces in the lot of Sterling Studio Lofts including the designated Visitor spaces, or in the underground lot behind the MOCA Museum (between the black office buildings!).

We always have hundreds of incredible styles on the floor that are available to rent as-is for any last-minute events that might pop up!
You are absolutely welcome to walk in and take home with you same day.
To preserve the integrity and longevity of our rentals, we do not provide or allow alterations (including the use of temporary hem tape).
With our extensive collection, we can always find a style that fits just right, no alterations required!
If you are petite, we recommend taking a look at our petite-friendly faves, and we also now have a filter on our site for full-length petite gown options!
Our standard rental term periods are 4 days or 8 days.
If you need a longer rental, please get in touch to book, we can usually extend your rental up to about three weeks depending on availability!

Your rental begins on the first day of your selected rental period.
For pickup in-store orders, your rental will be ready for pickup any time during our opening hours on the first day of your rental. For example, if you book your rental for pickup on Thursday, you are welcome to pickup anytime during our Thursday studio hours of 12pm-8pm.
For shipping orders, your rental will be delivered by 9pm on the first day of your selected rental period.
We sadly are not able to control delivery times! We recommend booking your rental to START 1-2 days before your event date to ensure you have enough time to try on and plan accessories!
For pickup orders, we require clients to return their rentals in person by end of day on the last day of their rental period. This means midnight on the last day of your rental period, either to our Front Desk team or through our 24 hour drop box, located on the west-facing wall of the building.
For shipping orders, please refer to the return instructions included in your order and drop off at the specified shipping carrier by 12pm on the date listed.
Nope! We take care of dry cleaning upon return, and these fees are built into the cost of the rental. Simply pack your worn rental and drop it back to us in studio or ship back with the specified carrier, we’ll handle the rest!
You can use our 24 Hour Drop Box to return your rental before or after showroom hours! It is located along the West-facing side of the building along the intersection of Sterling Road and Perth Avenue.
Look for the black door with the gold drop-box (like a library return slot!).
Dresses can be reserved up to 6 months in advance, or as last minute as same-day for in-store orders!
We generally recommend booking your dress rental 1-2 months before your event, but we always have hundreds of incredible options available for even last minute rentals.
Full payment of the rental fee is required to reserve your dress for your selected rental period. We are not able to hold rentals without payment
Yes! Once you have made a booking you may switch to a different dress right up to your pick up or ship out date, pending item availability.
If the dress you switch to is of a higher value you will be required to pay the difference. If the dress you are switching to is of a lesser value, you will be issued a store credit for the difference.

You can cancel your rental booking for a store credit at any time up to the first day of your rental period (or the day your dress leaves the studio with shipping orders!).
Store credits never expire and are stored on your customer profile to be easily applied online or in-studio to any future rental. All rental bookings (including shipping fees, rental insurance and other add-ons) are non-refundable.
To cancel your rental and receive your store credit, please email our Customer Service team at rentmagic@fitzroyrentals.com.
Bummer! We’ll always give you as much fit info as possible including measurements for the dress to hopefully avoid poor fits, and you can reach out to our team anytime with sizing questions!
If this does happen, let us know over email right away and we’ll do our best to get another size or replacement dress out to you in time for your event!
Please note that any replacement dresses shipped will require an additional shipping fee ($29+tax ON, $39+tax out-of-province). If a replacement isn’t possible, ship back your unworn rental within 24 hours of delivery for a store credit or refund on the rental fee (less shipping).
Please note that we cannot refund shipping/courier fees.
Yes! We can usually accommodate extended bookings, subject to dress availability. Our extended rates start at $10 extra per dress per extra day. Get in touch for a quote at 416 901 6572 or rentmagic@fitzroyrentals.com
Late fees are charged at $25+tax per item per day and are strictly enforced.
The success of our rental service depends on timely returns and late fees cannot be exempted.
After 5 late days, you will be charged the full retail value of the item(s) in addition to accrued late fees.
It happens, we understand, and most issues can be fixed by our team of wizards!
We strongly recommend opting in for our $7+tax rental insurance which covers minor wear and tear issues (small stains, zipper issues, missing beads/sequins/buttons, boning issues, small tears) that might occur during your rental period.
If you choose not to purchase the rental insurance, you will be charged for any repairs and additional cleaning required upon return.
The Fitzroy reserves the right to determine whether damages are covered by rental insurance. Kindly note that rental insurance does not cover loss or damages beyond repair. If your rental is lost, or is returned damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail value of the item.
Within Ontario, 2-way shipping or 2-way courier is $29 + tax. For all other provinces 2-way shipping with a pre-paid return envelope is $39 + tax.
We ship everywhere in Canada!
Sadly, we do not offer shipping to the USA.
2-way shipping is offered for most styles within Ontario ($29+tax - 2 business days) and out of province ($39+tax - 5 business days)!

Because your return shipping method can change based on location and shipping timelines, our shipping team includes easy-to-follow return instructions in every order.
In your package you should find your return instructions as well as any packaging and labels required to quickly and safely return your rental to our Toronto studio!
Please follow the shipping instructions carefully to ensure your rental is accepted at the correct shipping carrier and avoid Canada Post and FedEx return mailboxes.

We currently carry an incredible collection of dresses in sizes 0 to 20-22 and are always trying to bring in as many sizes as are available in each style.
It is an ongoing goal to expand our Curve collection (sizes 16-22).
Unfortunately, we do not take any previously owned dresses.
As we like to offer a full size-run in each style we source our rentals directly from our designer and brand partners, and do not accept donations or purchase from our clients.
