*All roles are in-person in our west-end Toronto studio. 

FRONT DESK RECEPTION - FULL TIME

In this customer-facing role you will greet and welcome customers to the studio, help to answer any questions, facilitate rental bookings and POS transactions, dress pick-ups and returns as well as receive deliveries and generally be the warm, welcoming face to Fitzroy-first-timers and our repeat customers!

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, outgoing, positive, people-person with superb organizational and communication skills and unmatched attention to detail. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle many balls in the air and think on your feet all with a smile on your face, we want to hear from you!

Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a must!

Responsibilities include:

· providing a warm welcome and friendly greeting, answering any questions and introducing the customer to a stylist who can help them, or facilitating their rental pick-up or drop off

· completing rental bookings in our system, taking extra care to ensure and confirm that the style is in fact available for the required dates and all information has been entered into the system accurately

· answering any customer questions about the rental process, shipping process, terms and conditions, or any general queries

· answering the phones when necessary, providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint

· receiving in-person returns from customers, taking feedback on how their rental went and marking the item as returned in our system

· keeping the front desk area neat and organized

· handling incoming and outgoing mail and distributing to the appropriate individuals or departments

· receiving and signing for deliveries as necessary

· processing payments and refunds accurately in our POS system
