SALES ASSOCIATE / STYLE WIZARD
Do you love helping women feel like the best and most magical versions of themselves? If you have an eye for style, amazing attention to detail and want to help women look and feel beautiful while offering incredible customer service, we want to hear from you!
Full-time and part-time positions available, with one mandatory weekend day per week required.
Your role will involve working as part of our fulfillment team to get our pretty packages out the door on time while working to tight deadlines with utmost accuracy. Attention to detail, positivity and flexibility are key in this full time position.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WIZARD
Are you a natural born communicator and problem solver who loves to help others? In this role you will be liaising with our clients, answering their questions, facilitating and amending their bookings, responding to inquires and supporting our sales and fulfillment teams behind the scenes. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a MUST, we are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented & positive individual who understands the importance of going above and beyond for every single customer.
If your attention to detail, organization skills, communication and people skills are second to none, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time role with some evening and weekend availability required.
Attention to detail is paramount in this role where you will be working as part of our fulfillment team performing detailed quality control inspections of all dresses booked to go out on rental. If you have an eagle eye and desire for excellence, we want to hear from you. Sewing skills are a plus.

FRONT DESK RECEPTION
In this client-facing role you will greet and welcome customers to the studio, answer their queries on the phone, assist with rental bookings, dress pick-ups and returns as well as receive deliveries.
We are looking for a warm, outgoing, positive, people-person with superb organizational and communication skills. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a must!
This role is full-time, and may include some weekend shifts.
Flex your skills as part of our in-house fulfilment team assisting with the upkeep of our magical dresses. Predominantly small repairs and minor alterations, you know your way around a sewing machine, have solid knowledge of fabric and technique and can replace a zipper in a flash!
This is a part time role with some flexibility, we are looking for someone with evening and weekend availability.
