Return Policy

If you receive your dress and it doesn't fit, please notify us right away and we will do our best to get a replacement size or alternative dress out to you in time for your event. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the replacement dress.

If you would prefer, you may ship the dress back to us using the pre-paid label provided and receive a full refund, less shipping costs. Your order must be dropped in the mail within 24 hours of receiving it in order to be eligible for a refund.  Please contact our customer service to arrange your return at 416 901 6572 or rentmagic@fitzroyrentals.com.
