Designer dress rentals for Vancouver, shipped from our Toronto studio. Orders ship Monday–Friday via FEDEX Ground or by direct local couriers within Toronto. Couriers deliver Monday–Friday only—so weekend events should be booked to arrive Thursday or Friday. No Sat/Sun delivery; in-studio pick up in Toronto is available 7 days a week. We suggest reserving a few weeks in advance as popular styles book quickly.

Do you have a Vancouver storefront?
No. We’re Toronto-based and serve Vancouver customers by mail. Order online and we’ll deliver to your Vancouver address with a prepaid return label for send-back.
When do you deliver, and how should I plan for weekends?
Orders ship Monday–Friday via FEDEX Ground (or local couriers within Toronto). Couriers deliver Monday–Friday only. If your event is on a weekend, book your delivery to arrive on Thursday or Friday. No Saturday/Sunday delivery is available.
How much notice do you need before my event?
Downtown Toronto: 24 hours’ notice for pick-up or courier scheduling.
Rest of Ontario: Minimum of 2 business days’ notice.
All other provinces (incl. BC): Minimum of 5 business days’ notice. We still recommend reserving a few weeks in advance because popular styles book quickly.
How do shipping and returns work?
Select your rental dates at checkout. We dispatch your dress from Toronto so it arrives before your event. After wear, place it in the provided packaging and use the prepaid label to return it.
Can you help me choose size or style?
Yes—book a free virtual consultation with a Fitzroy stylist. We’ll advise on fit, length, and styling so you feel confident.
Can I pick up or return in Vancouver?
Pick-up/return is by mail for Vancouver orders. In-studio pick-up and drop-off are available only at our Toronto location, which is open 7 days a week during business hours.
Full Shipping & Notice Policy (Canada)
Orders ship out Monday to Friday via FEDEX GROUND, or via direct local couriers within Toronto.
FEDEX and local couriers deliver Monday to Friday, so weekend orders must be booked to arrive on Thursdays or Fridays. We unfortunately do not offer delivery on Saturdays & Sundays, however in-store pick up is available on those days.
Within DOWNTOWN TORONTO, we require 24 hours notice to prep an order for pick-up or schedule a courier delivery.
Within the rest of ONTARIO, we require a minimum of 2 business days notice to get your dress to you.
For ALL OTHER PROVINCES, please allow a minimum of 5 business days notice.
Alternatively you may select the option to pick up your dress from our Toronto studio during our business hours, 7 days a week.
We always suggest reserving your dress a few weeks in advance where possible, as the dresses book up quickly!
