Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the “Boost your points” section for details.

Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “Treat yourself” section to redeem your points for rewards.

First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.

Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.

Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
